VCCI certification process

1. A preliminary application, either orally or in writing, by the manufacturer or agent;
2. The applicant fills in the application form, and the application form, product manual and technical documents (and if necessary, the application company is required to provide a prototype);
3. The certification company prepares the plan and quotes it;
4. The applicant confirms the quotation, returns the quotation, and sends the sample and related technical documents to the certification company.

7. The certification company reviews the technical documents and organizes relevant certification activities;
8. If the technical documents are not perfect or the prescribed language is not used, the certification company will notify the applicant to improve;

If the test is unqualified, the certification company will promptly notify the applicant and decide whether to suspend the project according to the situation, and allow the applicant to improve the product. The applicant shall make changes to the technical information in the original application to reflect the actual situation after the change;
10. For the rectification costs involved in Articles 9 and 10, the certification company will issue a supplementary fee notice to the applicant;
11. The applicant pays the rectification fee according to the supplementary fee notification request;
12. The certification company provides the applicant with test reports or technical documents, as well as VCCI compliance certificates.

VCCI certification notice
