Phase 1: Application acceptance

Phase 2: Data Review

Stage 3: Sample receiving for sample delivery

Samples are sent directly to the designated testing agency by the applicant.
      After the applicant pays, please fill in the payment voucher as required.
     The testing organization shall check and accept the samples received by the call, fill in the sample acceptance report, and issue a sample rectification notice for the unqualified samples, and fill in the sample acceptance report after rectification.
     After the sample is accepted, the testing organization fills in the sample testing schedule and reports it to CQC.
    After receiving the sample test progress, CQC will issue a formal acceptance notice to the applicant after confirming that the applicant's relevant expenses have been paid, and issue a test task book to the testing organization. The sample test is officially started.

Stage 4: Sample Testing

During the sample testing process, the applicant shall make corrections in accordance with the sample test rectification notice for the non-conformities that occur.
   After the sample test is completed, the testing organization fills in the sample test result notification.
     The testing organization also transmits information such as test reports to CQC.

Phase 5: Factory Review

For applications requiring factory inspections, the inspection office organizes factory inspections.

Stage 6: Conformity Assessment

The product certification engineer collects the results of each stage and conducts the initial evaluation.
      The conformity assessment personnel re-evaluated the above results.
